The Hospice is situated in the quiet calm of Bostall Woods, Abbey Wood, in South East London.

Our services are available to residents of the London Boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley who need respite, specialist symptom control, supportive care or end of life care, for those with a life limiting illness and their families/carers. We can provide care to people in a variety of settings, not just in the Hospice building.

Our approach is twofold: 'what do you need?' and 'how we can help'

There is often a common misconception that a hospice exists to care for the dying.  In fact we would like everyone to understand that the therapies and care which we provide help our patients live to their full potential.  

The Hospice is a registered charity and for the financial year April 2009 to March 2010 the budgeted expenditure was £5.6 million of which 60% is raised via charitable and community support, with the balance being provided by the NHS.
