Counselling Services - Carers
Support Group
Are you
someone who is caring for a family member or friend who has
a terminal or very disabling illness?
Then you
are welcome to come to our Carers Support Group.
We
off you the chance to:
- Meet others in similar circumstances with similar concerns
- Talk and listen
- Find support
- Find out about our Helping Hands team
- Ask a doctor some questions
- Meet a nurse specialist
- Find out more about the Hospice and what other services you
can access
Where and When?
- Twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Fridays. The carers
group takes place on the same day as Cakewalk Cafe,
so that we can look after your loved one while you receive support
from other carers and that of a counsellor
- In Shornells lounge on the lower ground floor at the Hospice
- From 1 to 3pm
