of the Hospice has been devolved to a ‘Management Team’
with members coming from all areas of the Hospice service. |

The importance
of the Management Team is to engage all departments in understanding
the overall objective of the Hospice service. The team is
currently comprised as follows:

Board of Management
A Board
of Management governs the Hospice. The members are volunteers and
come from all walks of life and represent all sectors of the community.
It is currently comprised as follows:

The Board meets every
two months and sub committees meet more regularly.
The sub committees are Finance and Clinical
Governance and Investment. These committees have devolved
responsibilities and report back to the Board at the full meetings.
